Project 365

I've been a very bad blogger!
Things have just been very busy on my end - made me very sad to notice that I did not make my usual Friday post last week. Hopefully you all had a great weekend. The hubs and I had a very relaxed weekend since we were taking care of our little baby girl, Gwen. She got spayed on Friday morning but she is doing fantastic. She's such a little trooper!

Even though things have been extremely busy, I've decided to adopt Paper Source's logo of Do Something Creative Every Day by starting Project 365 for my third time (yes, third). The only difference will be that this time I won't quit - I want to make it to October 2009 with this! For those of you that are not familiar with this project, it is basically a vow to take one photo a day for a year. It can be of anything. Some 365's have a specific theme such as photos of yourself, your pet, etc. but I've decided to just photograph my every day life. I think it works out better that way!

When people are successful with this project it's pretty amazing to see how their life laid out throughout the course of a year all through photographs. I hope I'll be able to be one of those lucky individuals!

If you want to keep track of my Project 365, you can find it here:

now you're making me want to do this too. I tried earlier this summer, but failed absolutely miserably. maybe after the baby is born, I will have some time to get started again (and of course, will have a wonderful little subject to photograph!).

I definitely support whoever wants to join in - I think it's so amazing to see an entire year of your life set to pictures. :)

Gwennie is doing great, Ms. Mango!

This does sound like fun - so it's just one shot a day? Hmm. I wanna try! Let's see how it goes ;)

Glad to hear Gwennie is recuperating so well!
