So this weekend was very home-oriented.
Or rather, bathroom-oriented.
When we moved in, we ripped out the hideously 70's Master Bath and well....just never redid it! So we've had a huge gaping hole for almost 3 years now. Horrible, we know. We thought it was about time.
Thanks to IKEA, we now have a pretty kick ass bathroom if I may say so myself. It was a lot of hard work, but it definitely paid off. Next we were thinking of painting the walls a very light mint green. What do you guys think?

It looks AWESOME Meli, beautiful. I love the color it has now. I don't know if you are planning to keep the red rug but if you are (which you KNOW I love) I think it would clash with the green =/ either way, let us know what you decide. LOVE IT

Mon - we thought the same, we will probably switch it out to a green or white rug. I'll be super sad to part with the red though - I love red accents!
I LOVE the cabinet next to the sink. I think a light mint green would look really nice and brighten it up a bit. Bathrooms are one of the few rooms in the home that I prefer bright (instead of warm).
oh and if you dont have any space for that red rug, i vote you give it to mon:)

I think if you change the rug to a white and paint the bathroom green it would look AMAZING...
